Guests staying at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa can enjoy close proximity and easy access to the Downtown Disney District and theme parks, including convenient access into Disney California Adventure Park through an entrance located at the hotel. Guests can also enjoy early entry to Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park.

The early entry benefit is only for Guests who are checked in and currently staying at one of the Disneyland Resort hotels at the time of their early entry admission to a theme park. To enjoy early entry admission or use the hotel’s gate entrance to the park, a Guest (age 3+) must be staying at one of the Disneyland Resort hotels and have valid theme park admission and a park reservation for the same park on the same date. Link theme park tickets or passes, theme park reservations and hotel reservations to the Disneyland app to show verification of these requirements. Tickets and passes can be viewed by selecting “Tickets and Passes” and hotel dates of stay can be viewed by selecting “My Hotel Reservation” in the Disneyland app.

Automated External Defibrillators, or AEDs, are medical devices used to send electric currents to a person’s heart in the event of cardiac arrest. Located throughout the hotel, please refer to the hotel’s Guest guide map for specific AED locations or visit the Guest Services desk to learn more. An AED unit is located in the main lobby between the Front Desk and the Trillium Rooms.

With the Disneyland app, you can charge dining and shopping purchases from the theme parks or your Disneyland Resort hotel to your room—when you provide your approved credit card during online or regular Front Desk check-in. This feature is also available when you make purchases at select merchandise locations in the Downtown Disney District.

You can unlock the door to your room and other common areas using the digital key feature in the Disneyland app. If you wish, you may instead use a Key to the Magic Card, which serves as a physical room key and your parking permit. This complimentary card is available when you check in at the Front Desk, where you may also pick up additional room keys at any time.

Keep your favorite clothes clean with our convenient, budget-friendly facilities.

Take advantage of our 24-hour laundry rooms—the first floor laundry room is located by the Disney Vacation Club wing, while the second floor laundry room is situated above the Napa Rose elevators.

Please note that credit and debit cards are now the only methods of payment accepted at all laundry locations for washers, dryers and soap vending machines.

Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa uses Chargerback to help track lost and found items. Please report any lost items online.

Once you’ve reported a lost item, you’ll receive an email notification from Chargerback with your Lost Item report number. Chargerback will provide information from your report to the Disneyland Resort so that we can look for your item and return it to you if it is found. Chargerback will also email you periodic updates about your search status.

Self-parking and valet services are available to registered hotel Guests for an additional fee.

The cost for self-parking is $40 (plus tax) per night, per vehicle; valet service is $70 (plus tax) per night, per vehicle; oversized vehicle parking is $45 (plus tax) per night, per vehicle.

While visiting select hotel table-service restaurants, non-registered hotel Guests will receive 3 hours free parking with validation from Storytellers Cafe or 5 hours free parking with validation from Napa Rose. 5 hours included parking—your choice of valet or self-parking—when you spend $125 or more at Tenaya Stone Spa (receipts cannot be combined to meet the minimum requirement).

Parking is not permitted for Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park or the Downtown Disney District. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.
