Be prepared—know what to do and where to go if anyone in your party experiences a cardiac emergency.

Automated External Defibrillators, or AEDs, are medical devices used to send electric currents to a person's heart in the event of cardiac arrest. Located throughout the hotel, please refer to the hotel's Guest guide map for specific AED locations, or visit the Guest Services desk to learn more. An AED unit is located in the lobby to the right of the Front Desk.

ChargePoint charging ports are available on the ground floor of the Pixar Place Hotel Self-Park Parking Structure.

To use a port, you will need to scan a ChargePoint card.

With the Disneyland app, you can charge dining and shopping purchases from the theme parks or your Disneyland Resort hotel to your room—when you provide your approved credit card during online or regular Front Desk check-in. This feature is also available when you make purchases at selected merchandise locations in the Downtown Disney District.

You can unlock the door to your room and other common areas using the digital key feature in the Disneyland app. If you wish, you may instead use a Key to the Magic Card, which serves as a physical room key and your parking permit. This complimentary card is available when you check in at the Front Desk, where you may also pick up additional room keys at any time.

Guests may use the laundry facilities at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.

Please note: Credit and debit cards are now the only methods of payment accepted at all laundry locations for washers, dryers and soap vending machines.

Pixar Place Hotel uses Chargerback to help track lost and found items. Please report any lost items online.

Once you've reported a lost item, you'll receive an email notification from Chargerback with your lost item report number. Chargerback will provide information from your report to us so that we can look for your item and return it to you if it is found. Chargerback will also email you periodic updates about your search status.

Self-parking for Pixar Place Hotel is available to registered hotel Guests for $40 USD (plus tax) per night, per vehicle.

Parking is not permitted for Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park or the Downtown Disney District. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.

ScooterBug, a private mobility rental company in the local area, is available to provide strollers, ECVs and wheelchair rentals—including length-of-stay rentals—for Guests staying at the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort.
